Order Acceptance & Verification

The submission of an order by a customer does not constitute a final, legally binding acceptance of that order by Rain City Cigar. Rain City Cigar reserves an absolute right to reject or cancel any transaction at our sole discretion due to inventory depletion, typographical pricing errors, transaction anomalies, courier restrictions, regulatory compliance hazards, age verification discrepancies, or other reasonable administrative concerns.

Pricing, Fees & Payment Flow

All advertised merchandise rates, base logistics fees, specialized subsidies, full-box handling surcharges, promotional discounts, and final gross billing calculations will be dynamically audited and explicitly displayed on the shopping cart and checkout screens. Orders enter our fulfillment pipeline immediately following successful payment authentication.

Logistics & Consignment Tracking

Rain City Cigar will coordinate delivery schedules and choose carriers based on order composition and destination parameters. Following consignment hand-off, a carrier tracking identifier will be dispatched to your email. Patrons are expected to track parcel momentum via the carrier’s public node. All real-time physical transit statuses, customs queues, intermediate transfers, and delivery schedules remain dictated solely by the carrier’s live data streams.

Logistics Subsidies & Full-Box Surcharges

Upon reaching specified gross order values, Rain City Cigar may issue standard logistics subsidies. These subsidies apply exclusively to standard baseline transit costs and do not cover specialized expenditures—including destination customs tariffs, localized clearance fees, remote territory surcharges, or full-box reinforcement packaging costs.

To ensure total transparency, a mandatory packaging and volume-handling fee of $9.00 USD will be charged for each full-box item contained within an order. This reinforcement overhead will be detailed independently on the checkout invoice and merged into the final grand total.

Taxes, Tariffs & Customs Compliance

Unless otherwise distinctly stated on a targeted promotional page, any and all customs duties, import tariffs, excise taxes, localized clearance processing requirements, compliance declarations, or operational delivery hold-ups unique to the destination country remain the exclusive financial and legal responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All cancellations, returns, or refund evaluations are strictly adjudicated under the protocols detailed in our standalone Returns & Refunds Policy. Because premium tobacco products require meticulous temperature, humidity, and structural preservation, specific categories of transactions or opened merchandise are categorically ineligible for refunding or exchange.

Prohibited Conduct

Users strictly covenant not to execute transactions utilizing fraudulent identities, falsified ages, invalid delivery coordinates, or unauthorized payment instruments. Engaging in proxy buying for minors, exploiting platform mechanics for commercial resale, committing digital fraud, or circumventing regional customs regulations through this service is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service and potential administrative reporting.

Account Security & Credentials

If you elect to construct a personalized profile on this platform, you assume full responsibility for safeguarding your confidential authentication credentials. Rain City Cigar assumes no liability for identity leaks, ordering errors, inaccurate address entries, or financial losses caused by a user’s failure to manage their account securely.

Limitation of Content Attributes
