Ideal conditions are 16–18°C (61–64°F) and 65–70% relative humidity. Use a professional humidor (cigar cabinet) and replenish with distilled water or humidification solution regularly. Avoid direct sunlight, temperature fluctuations, and odorous environments. ✦ Spanish cedar lining recommended
Gently squeeze the middle of the cigar – optimal humidity gives slight elasticity and quick rebound. If too dry, the wrapper cracks; if too wet, it feels spongy and burns unevenly. A digital hygrometer is the most accurate tool; calibrate it weekly.
We use professional humidified packaging and temperature-controlled shipping to ensure stable conditions in transit. Every order includes a sealed bag + humidification pack, and the outer box is clearly marked “Fragile · Constant Temperature”. Upon arrival, place cigars in your humidor and allow them to rest for 24–48 hours before enjoying.
Yes. In accordance with laws and regulations, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase cigars. We conduct strict age verification at checkout and upon delivery. Please have a valid ID ready. We are committed to preventing sales to minors.
In a stable humidor, cigars can age for several years or even longer, with flavours becoming more refined over time. Turn cigars periodically to ensure even humidity. We recommend checking your humidor every 2–3 months and topping up the humidification fluid as needed.
Cutting: use a double-blade cigar cutter, removing about 1/8–1/6 of the cap for a clean cut. Lighting: use a wooden match or butane lighter; hold the cigar at 45° and rotate it slowly over the flame until the foot is evenly lit. Avoid sulphur matches or candles, which can taint the flavour.
